The National Transportation Safety Board is holding a briefing after releasing the initial results of its investigation into the Norfolk Southern train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio. The release of the preliminary report comes the same day Transportation Secretary Pete Buttigieg is visiting the town to meet with local leaders, residents and tour the site of the derailment that led to a release of toxic chemicals into the surrounding area.
