State Department spokesperson Ned Price took questions from reporters Monday after U.S. officials said four Americans were kidnapped by armed men in a Mexico border city. The four had entered Matamoros, across from Brownsville, Texas, on Friday in a white minivan that came under fire shortly after crossing the border, the FBI said.
